We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order to fully understand their rights and responsibilities.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please review all order details — including size, color, quantity, and shipping address — before completing checkout.
- Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any fee.
To request a cancellation, please email support@trendjewl.com with your order number immediately. - Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order cannot be canceled, you may still request a return after receiving your item (see Section 3 below). 
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, color, or size preference.
If you would like a different product:
- Cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one; or
 - Request a return after receiving your order, then reorder your preferred item.
 
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos that show the issue.
Returns (30-Day Window)
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if any of the following apply:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
 - You received the wrong item.
 - The product materially differs from its description on our website.
 
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Used, washed, or altered products.
 - Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging.
 - Damage caused after delivery or by improper use.
 - Minor variations or imperfections that don’t affect product function.
 
All returned items must be in original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
How to Request a Return
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Email support@trendjewl.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photo/video evidence if applicable. - Wait for our Return Authorization and instructions. Please do not ship any items before approval.
 - Once approved, pack your item carefully and send it to the provided return address.
We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages if return shipping is customer-paid. 
Shipping Costs & Fees
- For returns due to customer preference (e.g., size, color, or style), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
 - If the return is due to Trendjewl’s error (wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will:
- Provide a prepaid return label, or
 - Reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the item is received and verified.
 
 
We do not charge any cancellation, restocking, or processing fees for approved returns.
